Monday’s 10 -11 am

Join us for a moderate Yoga Fitness class where the use of flowing postures provides a chance to open and expand, stretch and strengthen, deepen and calm. Focus is on providing a safe and joyful experience while exploring your breath and body movements to find your inner warrior. *Additional fee for class.

Core and More- 

Thursday’s 10-11 am

This Pilates-Based class offers an opportunity for building strength, balance and flexibility in a ever-varied format that moves along swiftly. While having FUN, you will receive a great Pilates-based workout. Classes incorporate alternating use of balls, bands, weights, rollers and more. This class is appropriate for all levels.  * Additional fee for class.

Parkinson’s Exercise Group- 

Wednesday’s 10:30 -11:30 am

This is an ongoing weekly exercise class geared towards people with Parkinson’s who experience difficulties with moving.  Classes are designed with many levels in mind, incorporating concepts of large amplitude movements in various positions.  Exercises are focused on movements and tasks that carry over into everyday life to promote wellness and independence.  Various formats will be included that have been shown to reduce the progression of PD, including strengthening, balance mobility, circuit training, boxing, and functional fitness.  We encourage caregivers to attend and assist with  classes as available.  We look forward to challenging you in fun and creative ways.. *Additional fee for class.
