Toshio grew up in Mexico and has lived all over the United States from Ventura, CA to Tuscaloosa, AL. He graduated from Duke University and then earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. He is a board certified specialist in orthopedic rehabilitation and enjoys treating a wide variety of patients from elite athletes to patients with Parkinson’s Disease, weekend warriors to patients with vestibular dysfunction. Outside of clinic, Toshio enjoys carting kids around on a cargo bike, stand up paddling, cooking and Latin dancing with his wife.
